The persons chartering the boat must be at an RYA level 2 ability for dinghies and RYA level  3 for keelboats and accepts the terms below:
Under 16s must be at last RYA stage 3 ability before chartering with parents / guardians permission or must be supervised on the water by a  parent / guardian in another vessel who shal be responisble.  

INSPECTION: The Renter certifies that prior to operating a Boat he/she will examine the craft and equipment and confirm that it is acceptable and suitable for the purpose for which it is to be used. That he/she will operate the craft in accordance with all safety rules and regulations on the craft or otherwise applicable, and further certifies that he/she has read and understands said rules and regulations.

Renter represents that he/she is experienced and capable in all aspects of the handling and operation of the craft.

Not with standing Renter passing any “skills test” administered by JYC, the Renter is solely responsible for determining whether Renter possess the necessary skills to safely operate the craft.

Renter agrees not to use, nor permit the use: a. Of the rental craft for any unlawful purpose; b. Of the rental craft in a careless or negligent manner; c. Of the rental craft while under the influence of liquor or recreational drug; d. By any other person not in the presence of the signatory of this Agreement; In the event of malfunction, breakdown, or if any defect is discovered after acceptance of any craft, the Renter will immediately report it to JYC. The continued use of such watercraft is entirely at the Renter’s risk and thus Renter assumes all liability of injury and damage to all persons and property that may become involved by its continued use. JYC ability to provide the craft  is contingent upon and subject to the return of applicable Boats by the previous renter, or any other cause beyond JYCs control.

JYC reserves the right to withhold access to any Boat due to inclement or impending bad weather. arts.

Student information forms must be completed by the charter 24 hours in advamce of the charter.

Damages to any parts of the charter fleet incurred shall be charged directly to the renter to cover the costs of any parts, material and labour works required.

1. In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event:
2. Tickets prices are non-refundable.
3. Each student attending the event must complete the student information form which will be emailed at the time of booking.
4. Should a student miss any lessons during the programme they cannot be re-arranged.
5. Students tuning up late may not be allowed to join the class if the onwater session has already started.

7. The ticket price will be refunded to the provider e-wallet
8. The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is recommended, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for the reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever.
9. The ticket holder consents to photographs, video, sound recordings of ticket holder be captured and used in printed and electronics media, including the internet as an attendee at the venue.
10. The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event.
11. Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited.
12. The organizer has the right to remove whoever commits an act that, in the opinion of the organizer.
